The Sierra Hotel can operate on most railroads and Amtrak routes. Service west of the Northeast Corridor is generally unrestricted. While the car is able to operate between Chicago and Washington D.C. on Amtrak, it may not be able to operate on certain parts of Amtrak's Northeast Corridor. Service to other North-Eastern cities may be available by special arrangement.Travel in the vast reaches of Canada on the Sierra Hotel on Via Rail Canada®, or other Canadian operators, is possible by special arrangement. Visit the bustling cities of Winnipeg, Ottawa, Toronto and even Montréal. Or take a scenic ride to far reaching destinations such as Jasper, The Pas or Moncton.
